Gary discusses the importance of not trying to do everything, but the most important thing in each area of your life. I personally have seen a marked improvement in my relationship with my wife and kids as well as improvements to my work performance.
Highly recommended! No multitasking here. Very practical suggestions. Well written. The ONE thing is an easy read which I thoroughly enjoyed.
